    At CCC, research is in our blood (in today’s jargon, it’s in our DNA!) - one of our areas of ‘expertise’, another branch of resin chemistry, led to development of specialist grouts and mortars capable of use in very thick sections in very cold conditions.

    Established in 1987 Conservation Chemicals Consultants Limited (CCC) is a specialist producer of penetrative sealants, coatings and consolidants for stone, timber, tiles, concretes (including GRP), Terrazzos and similar substances, and many other specialised products, for the full spectrum of the built environment, based in the historic town of Ulverston on the edge of the English Lake District.

    For several decades, CCC has been meeting the needs of businesses from all over the world: architects and specifiers, artisan craftsmen, specialist installation and manufacturing companies, as well as private clients. During that time, a wide range of operational problems and design requirements desired by clients have been solved – either by using our established ‘brands’, or by adapting existing products and/or techniques or by developing new materials and processes: we have always been able to help our clients meet their needs.

    At CCC, our attitude is “Yes - what is the question?” As we move into our fourth decade, we continue the research into - and the development of - new and, of course, today particularly, more ‘environmentally friendly’ products: but retaining always our uncompromising objective, the ultimate performance possible.
    CCC products include a series of proven treatments for timber and stones of all kinds that provide a beautifully ‘natural’ or ‘raw’ appearance, with little surface coating, are extremely hard-wearing, waterproof, stain and chemical resistant, easy to apply - and, very importantly - easy to live with.
